Postive change yields positve effect.
Negatie change yields negative effect.
The Word of God is your source for change. The Word of God is tried and purified – tested and proven to be accurate truth; absolute truth; without error. Therefore, whatever the Word of God says it is without error and can be believed without a doubt.
“Every scripture is God breathed (given by His inspiration) and profitable for instruction, for reproof and conviction of sin, for correction of error and discipline in obedience, and for training in rigteousness (in holy living in conformity to God’s will in thought, purpose, and action). So that the man of God may be complete and proficient, well fitted and thoroughly equipped for every good work.” (II Timothy 3:16)
Many times people begin to doubt when they don’t see results or results according to their timeframe. However, FAITH is the key. Faith is believing, trusting, and depending on God – The Word.
“In the beginning (before all time) ws the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself. He was present originally with God. All things were made and came into existence through Him; and without Him was not even one thing made that has come into being.” (John 1:1-3)
Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Therefore, you must open the Bible, read, study and meditate on it so you can apply it in your life. When you apply the Word of God, your life will undoubtedly change for the best. This does not mean that you will not encounter trials an tribulations in your lfie. You will encounter trials and tribulations.
“Consider it wholly joyful, my brethren, wherever you are enveloped in or encounter trials of any sort or fall into various temptations. Be assured and understand that the trial and provnig of your faith brings out endurance and steadfastness and patience. But let endurance and steadfastness and patience have full play and do a thorough work, so that you may be perfectly and fully developed (with no defects), lacking in nothing. If any of you is deficient in wisdom, let him ask of the the giving God Who gives to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproaching or faultfinding, and it will be given him. Only it must be in faith that he asks with no wavering (no hesitating, no doubting). For the one who wavers (hesitates, doubts) is like the billowing surge out at sea that is blown hither and thither and tossed by the wind. For truly, let not such a person imagine that he will receive anything (he asks for) from the Lord. For being as he is a man of two minds (hesitaitng dubious, irresolute), he is unstable and unreliable and undertain about everythign he thinks, feels, decides. (James 1:2-8)
Count it all joy when you fall into trials and tribulations because it produces endurance and patience.
The Word of God shapes and molds you into the character of Christ – love, joy, peace, goodness, meekness, self-control, gentleness, and faith.
“But the fruit of the Holy Spirit is love, joy, (gladness), peace, patience (an even temper forberance), kindness, goodness (benevolence), faithfulness, gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraining, continence). Against such things there is no law (that can bring a charge).” (Galatians 5:22-23)
TRUSTING IN THE LORD
But trust in and lean on the Lord without wavering and you won’t slide.
Trusting in self and relying on your own physical strength is an expression of pride.
Acknowledge God in all your ways, and from his thoughts and ways you will never part.
But if you decide to go your own way from your God-given purposes you will never start.
Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
And you will experience love, joy, and peace during the day and at night.
Honor and respect God in thought, word, and deed through love,
And you will ascend to higher spiritual heights like a dove.
Remember to put God first and not last,
Then you will experience joy unspeakable joy,
And a peace that surpasses understanding,
and a love for others that cannot be outcast.
